We are seeking a passionate and proactive Product Manager to join our team, with a strong focus on both merchant experience and ensuring the highest quality of offers and products. This role is integral to developing and optimizing the Merchant Listing (Adding Offers and Products) area.

Your work will directly impact merchants in Poland, Czech, Slovakia, and new markets, ensuring their offers and products meet consumer expectations and Allegro standards. This role is critical in helping Allegro achieve frictionless assortment listing, build a reliable product catalog, and improve shopping experience.

Wymagania:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in project management
• Experience in designing and implementing changes based on A/B testing and data analysis
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strong decision-making skills
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with Agile methodologies and managing product backlogs
• Ability to see the product through the eyes of the clients and understand their needs
• Fluent in Polish and English
• Experience in AI/ML solutions (beneficial given our strategic direction to leverage AI for data extraction, enrichment, compliance, and name quality assessment)
