Opis oferty:

We are looking for a passionate and proactive Product Manager with a strong focus on user experience to drive crucial functionalities for the FinOps team at Allegro. This role is responsible for the vision, design, and delivery of internal applications and dashboards that empower our infrastructure users. Your mission is to translate complex cloud and infrastructure cost data into actionable insights, provide clear recommendations for cost optimization, and help teams identify and eliminate waste. You will be in charge of working with stakeholders (like Engineering, Platform, and Finance) and a dedicated product team to deliver value, make cost management easier for all involved, and implement the core pillars of FinOps at Allegro.

Wymagania:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in project management (product discovery, creating product strategy, roadmapping, resource planning, risk assessment, stakeholder cooperation).
• Excellent analytical skills; comfortable diving into data to find insights, identify waste, and build a business case.
• Experience in designing and implementing changes based on A/B testing and data analysis.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strong decision-making skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and managing product backlogs.
• Ability to see the product through the eyes of the users and understand their needs.
• Fluent in Polish and English.
• (Bonus) A technical background (e.g., engineering, data science) or experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI) is a significant plus.
