Opis oferty:

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team and tackle the evolving complexities of our Volume Management system. This role involves managing and integrating various data inputs to enhance volume decisions, harmonizing the volume management agenda with other Allegro initiatives, and leading the expansion of our volume management tools to international markets. You will support strategic initiatives like Allegro Protect and Fulfillment, conduct market analysis, and ensure a user-friendly delivery method assignment experience through collaboration with UX/UI teams. You will also be responsible for optimizing and automating volume management decisions to improve efficiency for both business users and customers. This role requires strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of customer needs across various markets.

Wymagania:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in project management (roadmapping, resource planning, risk assessment, stakeholder cooperation)
• Experience in designing and implementing changes based on A/B testing and data analysis
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strong decision-making skills
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with Agile methodologies and managing product backlogs
• Ability to see the product through the eyes of the clients and understand their needs
• Fluent in Polish and English
