Cooperation based on an employment contract for substitution. A hybrid work model requires 1-2 days a week in the office. At Delivery Experience, we build the technology we need to make Allegro deliveries easy, cheap, quick, and reliable. We take care of the critical services along the Allegro purchase & post-purchase pathway and merchant experience regarding delivery. We build the new logistics tools enabling the development of Allegro’s own logistics infrastructure as well as a cooperation with external logistics carriers. Wymagania:

• You have proven experience in product management of native apps (Android, iOS) throughout their lifecycle.
• You have experience in developing digital products in collaboration with Scrum or Kanban mobile engineering teams.
• You possess strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate across teams.
• You have a highly analytical mindset with proficiency in working with data.
• You possess a growth mindset and a strong desire to learn, adapt, and improve, even through mistakes.
• You are capable of setting priorities and making data-driven decisions.
• You can view the product through the eyes of users (sellers and buyers).
• You have at least a B2 level of proficiency in English.
