The opportunityWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated (Senior) Scientist to join our oligonucleotides process development group. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to shape the future direction of our oligonucleotide manufacturing capabilities, by establishing and optimizing innovative synthetic processes for our oligonucleotides pipeline.

Wymagania:

• You hold a PhD in Organic Chemistry or a closely related discipline. Alternatively, Master’s degree and at least three years of industrial experience in a process development group focused on oligonucleotide synthesis can also be considered.
• You have proven ability to independently design, execute, and interpret complex laboratory experiments. A proactive, results-driven mindset combined with excellent problem-solving skills is essential.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English, both written and spoken, are required. Direct, hands-on experience in the synthesis, purification, and analysis of oligonucleotides is considered a strong advantage.
