At Roche, we are seeking a Principal Scientist II, Molecular Biology and Microfluidic Systems Integration, to lead the research and early development of next-generation sample preparation and sequencing platforms. This critical role requires expertise in molecular biology, chemistry, and cutting-edge microfluidic instrumentation.

Wymagania:

• PhD in Biophysics, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Bioengineering, or related field with 7+ years of industry experience
• Deep expertise in molecular biology, NGS library preparation, enzymology, and nucleic acid characterization
• Experience troubleshooting DNA/RNA library preparation processes
• Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in integrated systems
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

• Salary range: $125,500 - $233,500
