Wymagania:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Pharmacy, or similar.
• Over 15 years of progressive experience in IT quality engineering, testing, validation, and compliance.
• Expertise in leading large-scale transformational initiatives within complex organizations.
• In-depth understanding of global pharmaceutical regulations and quality standards.
• Proven track record in architecting testing strategies, automation paradigms, and validation programs.
• Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills at the executive level.
• Experience in fostering innovation and implementing Agile and DevOps in regulated environments.
• Fluency in English at the business professional level.
