Wymagania:

• PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field with at least 7 years of industry experience OR Master's degree with at least 9 years OR Bachelor's degree with at least 11 years
• Expertise in surface chemistry, bioconjugation techniques, and interactions at solid-liquid interfaces
• Track record of developing and validating chemical processes on complex fluidic systems in life sciences, sequencing, or diagnostics industries
• Proficiency in developing and implementing analytical assays
• Ability to troubleshoot complex integrated systems
