We are looking for a Principal GPU Software Engineer to develop GPU-accelerated software for real-time primary analysis on DNA sequencing instruments.

Wymagania:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field plus 10 years of experience
• Experience with Object-oriented programming in C++ and GPU-accelerated C/C++ libraries
• Proficiency in recent C++ compiler standards and algorithm frameworks
• Experience in writing, debugging, and optimizing parallel applications
• Utilization of popular ML frameworks for machine learning models
• Proven technical leadership skills
