Wymagania:

• Lead the delivery and execution of Plant Optimization solutions
• Support implementation and operational phase of Advanced Process Control (APC) and Real-Time Optimization (RTO) solutions
• Conduct site surveys and optimization benefit assessments
• Manage multiple parallel projects, coordinate execution teams
• Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to junior engineers
• Act as key interface between R&D, Sales, Operations, and Execution teams
• Support product troubleshooting and collaborate to resolve engineering or software issues
