About our team: Meet the KYC (Know Your Customer) team. We collect, assess, and profile customers to support effective cooperation and comply with legal standards. Our Technology team is based in Warsaw and 3City, Poland, within the Financial Crime Prevention Service Area. We work with Java microservices, the PEGA CLM application, and Cloudera/Hadoop data centers.

Wymagania:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Pega architecture and development.
  • Proven expertise in CLM frameworks and related integrations.
  • Strong understanding of Pega design principles and implementation strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ownership and accountability in delivering complex projects.
  • Ability to drive change and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
