PA Analytics Service Owner in ABB is responsible for managing and leading a team of Data Analytics & Business Intelligence Specialists to evaluate business data, produce insights, and improve business performance. This role contributes to the global Process Automation business by interpreting data, designing solutions, building dashboards, defining data processes, and ensuring solution development.

Wymagania:

• 15+ years of experience in data, analytics, and AI domains
• Experience with Datacloud technology like Microsoft Azure, GCP, AWS, snowflake, databricks
• 5+ years of global leadership and management experience
• Proven experience in building high performing teams
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to innovate
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Demonstrated resilience and capacity to manage stress effectively
