We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Owner to join our team to manage Nymi product, our biometric authentication solution and its integration within our key enterprise applications to enhance the end user experience for all manufacturing shopfloor workers and lab technicians. As the Nymi Product Owner, you will be responsible for the overall vision, strategy, and execution of the Nymi product line within GSK. This role is designed for a strategic thinker with a strong background in managing complex projects using agile methodologies, who can seamlessly integrate cross-functional teams to ensure the successful development and deployment of Nymi product adhering to the highest standards of quality and compliance.
The ideal candidate will possess leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement and resilience. This role demands excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges. A strong technology background is essential to effectively oversee the Nymi infrastructure and ensure seamless integration and operation.
Wymagania:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or a related role.
- Demonstrate proven leadership capabilities to guide and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodology including usage of project management software (e.g., Jira).
- Ability to use data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) to create informative and actionable reports.
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
- Understanding of cloud computing concepts and services, particularly Azure.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
