Join the Merchant Experience team! Help us build tools which empower Allegro Partners to grow. Your team is working in the Partner Onboarding area. Expect a lot of Domain Driven Design and challenging but rewarding work on system architecture. We are looking for a leader who is still close to technology. In this role, you will spend around 20-50% of your time on technical work (coding, code reviews, architecture), with the remaining time focused on team development and business collaboration.

Wymagania:

• Experience in leading a team (Java/Kotlin) as a Tech Lead or Team Leader
• Still actively coding and eager to maintain technical expertise
• Strong knowledge of engineering best practices (testing, CI/CD, scalable architecture)
• Experience with high-traffic distributed systems and data engineering
• Ability to bridge technical and business perspectives
• Proficiency in English (B2+)
