CD PROJEKT RED is looking for a Lead UX Designer to define the overall user experience of Project Sirius, an original video game combining beloved aspects of The Witcher world with immersive multiplayer gameplay. The primary focus of this role is on ensuring an inclusive, intuitive, immersive, rewarding, and memorable experience.

Wymagania:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer and 1 year as a Lead UX Designer.
• Shipped at least one AAA title.
• Extensive knowledge of current game titles and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and deliver complete results.
• Proficiency with industry-standard prototyping tools and collaboration tools.
• In-depth knowledge of UI/UX best practices and information architecture.
• Interest in implementing and iterating on UX features in Unreal Engine.
• Very good communication and presentation skills.
