Wymagania:

• 5+ years of experience in InsurTech, specifically on digital insurance middle layer
• Deep understanding of insurance domain processes such as underwriting, policy administration, claims, billing, and customer engagement
• Extensive experience in designing multi-channel sales platforms
• Strong background in designing scalable, secure, and resilient distributed systems, including APIs, white-labeling front end, middleware, microservices, and legacy modernization
• Deep understanding of insurance domain processes such as underwriting, policy administration, claims, billing, and customer engagement
• Good knowledge of Java software development, web technologies and DevOps principles
• Independent way of working and proactivity, as well as strong communication and cooperation skills
• Experience with agile way of working
• Ability to drive decisions and consensus across multi-functional and international teams
• Fluency in English
