Wymagania:

• 5+ years of InsurTech experience
• Strong knowledge of insurance processes
• Proven experience designing multi-channel sales platforms and scalable, resilient distributed systems
• Solid knowledge of Java, web technologies, and DevOps principles
• Experience in agile environments
• Ability to drive decisions across international teams
