Opis oferty:

We are looking for a motivated and driven Lead Solution Architect in Record-to-Report (R2R) area. The Lead Solution Architect is responsible for the design, integrity and quality of the SAP solution and of integrated applications delivered to Business. Collaborates with and contributes to project set-up and delivery as well as to service operations optimization. The Lead Solution Architect is accountable for managing workstream interdependencies.

Wymagania:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline.
• 10+ years in IT, including 8+ years in solution architecture with strong S/4Hana focus and 5+ years on global projects.
• Minimum 3 years of team leadership experience managing onsite/offshore functional and ABAP teams.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into IT solutions and build consensus across business units.
• Handson experience with integration tools such as BizTalk and/or MuleSoft; SAP ABAP and ALE/IDoc knowledge preferred.
• SAP certifications (S/4Hana or related solutions) and proven experience implementing SAP best practices in complex transitions.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills; international work experience is a plus.
