The role involves being a Lead and a Programmer, driving team growth, maintaining effective teams, providing feedback, and utilizing Unreal Engine expertise to shape and enhance technology.

Wymagania:

• 7 years of programming experience in the games industry with at least 1 year as a lead
• Deep proficiency in C++ coding
• Thorough understanding of Unreal Engine
• Experience in various engine related focus areas
• System architecture skills
• Ability to debug and optimize code
• Experience with multithreaded programming
