Wymagania:

  • Master’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or technician with substantial experience.
  • 3+ years’ experience in development, validation, and application of LC-MS assays for the measurement of oligonucleotides and small molecule drugs and biomarkers in biological fluids.
  • Previous experience in quantitative LC-MS method development for large molecules is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with relevant technologies; expert knowledge in quantitative mass spectrometry is a must.
  • Knowledge in tissue sample preparation and processing as well as in development of an appropriate quality control concept.
