Company Overview: At Motorola Solutions, we believe in the relentless pursuit of helping to keep people safer everywhere. The DIMETRA Connect team in Krakow is responsible for designing and implementing a new DIMETRA IP Gateway in Java to enable communication with Tetra Devices via IP networks.

Job Description: This position is for a Software Engineer with Java expertise to take on system-level development challenges, integration, automation, technical problem-solving, and feature ownership.

Basic Requirements: Minimum two years of commercial software engineering experience, strong Java proficiency, Linux knowledge, scripting skills, database competence, and fluent English communication.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Network Management systems or Network Protocols, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Version Control.

Wymagania:

• Minimum two (2) years of commercial software engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in Java
• Working knowledge of Linux (RHEL)
• Demonstrated ability in scripting using Python or Bash
• Competence with SQL and relational database concepts
• Fluent English communication
