We are seeking experienced professionals to support our IT Service Operations team in ensuring stable and reliable IT services. This role involves managing incidents, maintaining operational efficiency, and supporting key business processes through effective IT service management. As part of the team, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining service stability, managing incidents, and working closely with technical teams to ensure smooth operations. You will also handle documentation, compliance, projects and performance tracking to support business objectives.
Wymagania:
- Availability to work in different shifts, or be “on call” duty, to support a ‘follow the sun’ model when required
- Strong communication skills in English, experience in writing service outage / incident communications to senior stakeholders
- At least 3 years’ experience working in either IT Service Management, Infrastructure or Software support or Project Management, Production Support role
- ITIL knowledge or equivalent
- Knowledge of all components of an enterprise IT architecture and processes
- Intensively driven, proactive and delivery focused
- Hands-on experience in software development lifecycle
- Knowledge of cloud-based infrastructure (ideally AWS)
