Establishes governance frameworks for domain applications, ensuring alignment with internal controls, IT processes, and stakeholder requirements. Builds strong relationships with business stakeholders, suppliers, and internal teams to drive strategic alignment and service excellence. Leads product teams including application managers, solution architects, and business analysts. Responsible for staffing, performance, and process definition. Oversees service portfolio budgets, evaluates new demands, and promotes strategic application portfolio planning. Identifies opportunities for optimization, rightsizing services, and implementing new technologies in collaboration with architecture and innovation teams.
