Opis oferty:

The IT Service Manager in the Finance Domain at Hitachi Energy plays a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery, governance, and continuous improvement of IT services and applications that support global finance operations. This role bridges business needs with IT capabilities, ensuring that finance-related systems are reliable, secure, and aligned with strategic objectives. The position demands strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of both IT service management and financial processes.

Owns the delivery of IT services and solutions, ensuring they meet business expectations and comply with architectural and operational standards. Manages the lifecycle of domain-specific applications, including architecture, integration, and service landscape documentation. Establishes governance frameworks for domain applications, ensuring alignment with internal controls, IT processes, and stakeholder requirements. Builds strong relationships with business stakeholders, suppliers, and internal teams to drive strategic alignment and service excellence. Leads product teams including application managers, solution architects, and business analysts. Responsible for staffing, performance, and process definition. Oversees service portfolio budgets, evaluates new demands, and promotes strategic application portfolio planning. Identifies opportunities for optimization, rightsizing services, and implementing new technologies in collaboration with architecture and innovation teams. Ensures all assigned IT projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives, actively contributing to project setup, execution, and transition to business-as-usual.

Wymagania:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT / Finance or related field, with the ability to bridge technical language and business rationale
  • 8+ years of experience in IT service management, with a proven track record of driving global initiatives in multinational environments
  • Demonstrated success in leading finance-related projects, with deep understanding of financial systems and business processes
  • Skilled in engaging, influencing, and communicating with diverse stakeholders across business and IT domains
  • Certified in PMI, ITIL, Lean six sigma and knowledgeable in process improvement methodologies
  • Outstanding organizational, decision-making, and negotiation capabilities to manage complex project dynamics
  • Exceptional written and spoken English proficiency, enabling clear and effective collaboration across global teams
