ING Hubs Poland is hiring an IT Risk Management Team Lead. The role requires at least 5 years of experience in IT risk management or information security, a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, strong knowledge of IT control frameworks, experience in leading teams, analytical skills, understanding of regulatory requirements in IT, effective collaboration with stakeholders, and proficiency in English.

Responsibilities include guiding a team of over 10 experts, developing and implementing IT risk management policies, collaborating with various teams to mitigate risks, overseeing the IT risk lifecycle, preparing reports, ensuring compliance with frameworks and regulations, and monitoring technology risk trends.

The Team Lead will take ownership of developing and implementing the IT risk management strategy, leading a team, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices in IT risk management.

The role is named “Chapter Lead Engineer III” in the ING job architecture.

Wymagania:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT risk management or information security
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, Master's degree preferred
• Strong knowledge of IT General Controls (ITGC) and IT control frameworks like COBIT, NIST, ISO 27001, SOX
• Experience in leading project or operational teams
• Strong analytical skills
• Knowledge of regulatory and legal requirements in IT
• Effective collaboration with stakeholders
• Proficiency in English (C1 level)
