Wymagania:

• Completed studies with a focus on information technology or comparable qualification in IT
• Minimum 4 years of IT experience
• In-depth software and IT skills with experience in software development
• Experienced in FMEA and other technical risk methods is an advantage
• Very good knowledge of Agile, Scrum, DevOps, Waterfall methodologies
• Excellent practical experience in Risk Management, Technical Risk Management
• Interest in preventive methods to increase quality in IT products
• Excellent moderation skills, ideally in technical risk analysis and problem-solving methods
• Training as an FMEA, T-RAM moderator would be advantageous
• Flexible, strong communication, structured, analytical personality
• Ability to work in a team across time zones with an agile and problem-solving mindset
