IT Innovation Lead for Manufacturing & Quality. The opportunity to take responsibility for identifying opportunities and innovative solutions related to manufacturing and quality areas, defining delivery scope, coordinating with stakeholders and IT/business teams, and ensuring delivery within approved budget. Managing innovation capability, developing, supporting, maintaining, and deploying AI-Driven Digital Quality Control platform, leading experts in manufacturing, quality, and software areas, and acting as a Technology Evangelist. Driving technical discussions, coordinating work with teams and vendors, creating business and technical concepts, and proposing scalable solutions.

Wymagania:

• 8+ years of overall IT experience
• 3+ years of experience in IT relevant domains
• Education or experience in the role's area
• Experience in manufacturing environment is a plus
• Good understanding of IT and OT convergence in manufacturing
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Willingness to learn and test new tools
• Fluency in English
