The opportunity: To ensure that IT solutions align with business objectives and deliver measurable value by managing requirements, coordinating with Project Teams, while overseeing end-to-end delivery and validating solution quality.
How you’ll make an impact: Collaborate with IT Service Managers, Application Managers, Solution Architects and Project Managers to deliver Integration Projects. Ensure that the final solution meets business objectives and is delivered on time. Recognize risks to the project and help to mitigate risks and remove blockers for the project teams. Update Service Manager on Project Timelines and risks. Assist delivery teams with gathering field level mapping specifications. Work together with the testing team to validate the solution is fit for use. Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. Your background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering or business management. 4-6 years of experience in IT-related Business Analysis. Good understanding of related business and its processes. Methodologies ITIL, L6S. Domain-specific skills, Process Management, Project Management, / Data analytics & Learning agility. Experience and ability to work with virtual delivery teams as well as distributed stakeholders. Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
