Opis oferty:

IT Area Lead - Tribe Aplikacji Operacyjnych in the CIO Division develops and maintains applications supporting operational processes in the bank. The team works on a variety of applications including the central bank system, customer knowledge center, customer onboarding processes, data warehouse, Business Intelligence tools, operational data management applications, storage and archiving of documents, internal process automation, and card systems. The goal is to automate operational tasks, accountings, transaction handling, and complaints to increase security and reliability.

Wymagania:

• Higher technical education, preferably in IT
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial/leadership position
• Experience in working with internal and external clients
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to react quickly to challenges
• Broad knowledge and understanding of IT technologies
• Leadership skills, ability to influence and motivate teams
• Proactive attitude and strong sense of responsibility
• Good communication skills in English (minimum B2)
• Experience with methodologies like Scrum and/or Kanban
