• Over 10 years of experience across diverse technology domains
• At least 7 years in leadership roles within complex IT environments
• Proven track record in successful end-to-end IT platform/process delivery and maintenance
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• Proven ability in stakeholder management
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Fluency in English
