Opis oferty:

The IT Application Manager will be responsible for managing working with Service Manager on applications from planning to compliance management. The role involves working with the business to collect requirements, design data models, support development, perform testing, and participate in user acceptance testing. Additionally, the manager will lead tickets management, RCA for defects, and maintain contact with stakeholders.

Wymagania:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years of experience as an IT Application Manager or similar role
• Strong understanding of Quality Domain topics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in API integration, MS Excel, Power BI
• Knowledge of SDLC processes and Azure
