Meet the Technology Resource Management team. Our role is to provide transparency in reporting, advisory and support towards all Technology units on deliveries within resource management processes. As a IT Analyst you’ll play a valuable role in delivering central help to Group Technology by ensuring high quality of data analysis and contribute into reporting on FTEs, as well as flexible support in the processes in resource management.

- Are self-driven, good at stakeholder management and understand when to prioritize tasks with ability to take necessary dialogue and follow ups
- Are a team player who actively contribute to continuously improve the overall delivery of the team
- Have an ability to adapt and learn new procedures
- Have analytical mind and are comfortable in working with numbers
- Have the ability to see the big picture as well as dig into the details
- Have relevant educational background
- Have advanced Excel skill
- Have fluent English both written and spoken
- Have excellent communication skills and act proactively
- Have passion to do well and are solution-oriented (right attitude is the most important)
- Have impeccable manners and high set of business ethics
- Are process oriented (data management inside the process)
- Manage time effectively
- Adapt interpersonal style to suit different people or situations
