IS Operations Specialist role at ABB involves supporting the organization's vision and strategic direction by managing processes for Information Systems (IS) services. The position is part of the IS Applications & Architecture - ELDS & ELSE IS Operations Service, responsible for describing and defining IT processes/services, maintaining process documentation, measuring and reporting service performance, and providing consultation and advice on IS services.

Wymagania:

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience in managing global IT applications
• Experience in IT Service Management concepts (ITIL)
• Responsibility for an end-to-end delivery, independence, discipline, ability to work under time pressure
• Knowledge of MyService tool and Jira products
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Experience in Agile/Waterfall methodology
