• Experience in operations management, including roles such as Operations Lead and Process Improvement Specialist.
• Advanced skills in project management, resource allocation, and cross-functional team leadership.
• Proficiency in platforms like Microsoft Power BI, Service Now, and Excel for advanced analytics.
• Passionate about strategic planning, team development, continuous improvement, problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and change management.
• Degree or extensive knowledge of Project management.
• Fluent in English.
