Wymagania:

• Master’s Degree in information management, computer systems, business engineering, or similar
• Experience in managing global application/services or implementation projects
• Familiarity with ITIL (certificate is a plus)
• Ability to gather, analyze, and model data from financial and operational sources
• Effective communication skills in English
• Knowledge and practical experience with a ticketing system (i.e. ServiceNow)
• Experience in financial services is a plus
