Wymagania:

• Master’s Degree in information management, computer systems, business engineering, or similar
• Experience in managing global application/services or implementation projects
• Knowledge of ITIL, IT infrastructure, networks, servers, databases, and cloud services
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively, in virtual teams, and in challenging environments
• Experience with ticketing systems like ServiceNow
• Fluency in English
