IS Compliance Specialist position at ABB involves establishing and maintaining operational methods, service compliance, and procedures. The role requires planning, design, implementation, and continuous improvement in governance, compliance, assurance, and risk areas. The position contributes to Finance Systems ITGC Compliance in India and Poland, focusing on designing and updating internal controls, data validation, risk and compliance monitoring, and support for risk assessment.

The work model for this role is hybrid.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in IT, finance, or related field, with 3-4+ years of experience. Knowledge of industry frameworks (COBIT, ITIL, ISO 2700x) and professional certifications (CISA, ITIL) are considered advantageous. Strong analytical, problem-solving, data management, and communication skills are essential.
