Wymagania:

• Demonstrated analytical skills with 4-5+ years of experience in business analysis within IT or IS environments
• Experience in delivering solutions in HR systems or recruitment technology landscapes
• Skilled in software and platforms like Azure DevOps, SQL, Power BI, Excel, Workday, CRM, ServiceNow
• Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related discipline
• Extensive knowledge of business analysis frameworks and delivery methodologies
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, ITIL
• Effective communication in English with technical teams and business stakeholders
