Your role and responsibilities: Joining the HR Experience Process, Data and Technology (HRXP) Talent & Learning team to deliver world-class HR experience. Responsibilities include developing and implementing business strategies, enhancing HR systems, improving HR processes, managing data, and overseeing global systems. Bridging the gap between technical environment and business, using data analytics to assess processes, outline problems and solutions for new or changed IS solutions or services, and supporting continual service improvement process.

Wymagania:

• 5+ years of experience as a business/system/functional analyst in requirements analysis and change management
• Strong experience in translating business requirements into technical IS solutions
• Familiarity with HR systems like Workday, ExpertusOne, or similar platforms
• Experience with SaaS implementations, particularly in the HR domain
• Excellent communication skills
