ING Hubs Poland is hiring an Intermediate Mendix Developer to join their team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in low-code development using the Mendix platform in an enterprise-level multinational organization. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment are essential.

The team operates in accordance with the Agile approach, based on methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban. They value trust, motivation, and creativity, striving to adapt flexibly to changing business partner expectations. The squad structure allows for independent problem-solving and the development of efficient ways of operating.

Wymagania:

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, IT Audit, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience in low-code development with the Mendix platform
• Intermediate knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript for custom coding in Mendix
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
