Intellectual Property Operations & Product Compliance Leader responsibilities include implementing processes covering Product Safety and Regulatory Compliance, maintaining compliance with regulatory expectations, setting and monitoring team metrics, identifying and mitigating risks associated with Product Safety, using data analytics to identify trends and risks, collaborating with cross-functional teams, cooperating with Market Surveillance Authorities.

Wymagania:

• Experience in Product Safety, regulatory compliance, and understanding of relevant regulations
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with project management and process improvement
• Preferably 2+ years of experience in leading roles
• Fluency in English (B2/C1)
