Motorola Solutions is seeking a dynamic and creative instructional designer and developer to design, develop, and maintain product and sales training and documentation for Motorola Solutions' technologies and products.

Wymagania:

• Certification in education, adult education, communications, instructional design, instructional technology, curriculum studies, or a related field
• A minimum 1+ year of related experience
• Fluent in English
• Some knowledge of ILT learning design and development models, adult learning principles, and delivery methods
• Some knowledge of publishing tools and graphic editors such as Adobe Indesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Strong background in Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications
• Experience or interest in using generative AI tools in training content development or delivery
• Aptitude to learn new technologies and software quickly and be able to convey the meaning of complex concepts clearly to a broad audience
