HR Systems M&A Functional Lead (HRXP) at ABB. In this role, you will be responsible for setting standards and governance for Mergers and Acquisitions activities and processes in the global HR systems delivery organization. You will support M&A transactions by assessing business requirements and ensuring timely delivery within cost and SLA's. The work model for the role is hybrid and remote.
You will manage HR systems and functional requirements to support different demands for M&A transactions. Collaborate with stakeholders to implement HR systems solutions. Set up standard practices to support M&A transactions and understand the broader impacts on HR organization processes, technology, applications, and data. Develop and deliver M&A services in HR function to drive activities following standardized approaches. Ensure HR services in M&A transactions are delivered on time, within budget, and as per quality standards.
Represent M&A within the HR systems organization and optimize processes to reduce cost and complexity. Qualifications include HR systems implementation experience, HR functional knowledge, communication skills, and ability to challenge feedback constructively.
