HR Release and Test Manager at ABB. The role involves overseeing the successful delivery and execution of testing for Change Requests and projects, as well as releasing plans for the HR Experience Organization. The work model for the role is hybrid remote. Responsibilities include setting test standards, managing the tenant strategy for the Workday platform, building relationships with internal functions, providing guidance on software and hardware deployment, prioritizing Change Requests, ensuring test strategy adherence, arranging test scenarios, ensuring compliance with cybersecurity regulations, and more.

Wymagania:

• Proven experience as a Test Lead/Manager in Workday or similar ERP systems
• Experience with automated testing tools and methodologies
• Exposure to HR ecosystems and strong understanding of HR processes
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience with Data Masking or Data Obfuscation for testing purposes
• Knowledge of project management and Workday implementation methodologies
