Wymagania:

• Minimum of a BS degree (MS or PhD preferred) in a scientific or technical field and 12+ years of experience, including significant experience managing a group and forming a new team.
• Extensive experience managing and scaling scientific computing environments, including high-performance computing (HPC), cloud computing, and large-scale data analytics in a research context.
• Deep technical understanding of modern computing platforms and emerging technologies such as quantum computing, edge computing, and federated learning.
• Proven track record of leading complex computational projects and building and leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong technical proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), HPC environments, hybrid architectures, big data management, and distributed computing frameworks.
