The team works in concert with partner teams across HSBC, to implement novel defensive capabilities that are effective and adaptable against a constantly evolving threat landscape. The Cyber COO function partners with the capability leads across Cybersecurity.This role sits within the Workforce Management function of GCIO COO Cybersecurity and will play a key part in shaping how we plan, manage and evolve our Global Technology workforce to meet business opportunities.The Workforce Optimisation Manager will play a crucial role in planning and executing workforce optimisations within Cybersecurity, This position is accountable for delivering operating model benefits, including financial, headcount, and ratio improvements. The successful candidate will manage communications with key stakeholders, create detailed transformation plans, and oversee the management of business risks associated with headcount changes.
