We are looking for a Testing Lead to join the Digital Business Automation team within CTO Infrastructure at HSBC. The role involves defining and maintaining the testing strategy across a portfolio of automation and file transfer services, spanning various technologies including Linux/Oracle, mainframe systems, and microservices on Internal Cloud. The position focuses on influencing engineering behaviors to ensure high-quality delivery and making testing an integral part of the software lifecycle.

Wymagania:

• Strong experience in software testing, including strategy development and automation leadership.
• Proficiency with modern testing frameworks and integration into CI/CD (e.g. Selenium, JUnit, REST Assured).
• Familiarity with diverse technology stacks (Linux/Oracle, mainframe, APIs, microservices).
• Proven ability to standardize and scale testing approaches in complex environments.
• Hands-on experience in test automation design, maintenance, and execution.
• Knowledge of quality metrics, risk-based testing, and agile testing methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently and influence quality culture across distributed teams.
