HSBC is seeking a highly motivated Senior Technology Delivery Lead to join the CIB Technology Sustainability area. The role involves leading one of the Sustainability sub-value streams, overseeing end-to-end delivery aspects, defining MVPs, and collaborating with various teams to ensure successful deliveries.

Wymagania:

• Minimum 12+ years of experience in transformation and software development
• Minimum 5 years of Agile methodology
• Strong delivery record on enterprise-level services and products
• Experience managing agile, cross-functional technology teams for over 10 years
• Experience with third-party solutions and customer-facing applications
• Experience in budget management ($4m+)
• Technical capabilities in API, Microservices, DevOps, etc.
• Experience with cloud native development and public cloud providers
• Ability to mentor, develop talent and motivate staff
