Risk & Compliance technology design and deploy cutting edge technology to defend the bank and its customers from Sanctions Risk, Financial Crime Risk, Identity Threat, Unauthorised Trading and Market Abuse & Regulatory Sanctions, as well as supporting Enterprise Risk Management. We provide the systems that enable our global businesses to grow through data-driven, pro-active risk management. The Sub- Value Stream Technology Lead owns the Technology delivery within a Sub Value Stream. The role manages technology cost and allocation of resources, supports prioritisation of delivery ensuring that it is in line with agreed budgets, and serves as the key decision authority on technical solutions and dependencies for the Sub Value Stream.

Wymagania:

  • Comprehensive understanding of products, services and underlying processes for the Sub-Value Stream.
  • Comprehensive subject matter expertise of exceptional ability to lead cross-functional teams, with strong people leadership, teamwork, gathering information and analysing, judgment and decision making, communication competencies.
  • Comprehensive ability to apply risk assessment and management principles and processes and find ways of solving or pre-empting issues
  • Extremely high level of interactive listening, in order to negotiate with others often at the highest level.
