Join us to work with talents from different geographical locations in the world class Global FX Calculations team to develop, improve and maintain the bank's own solution and platform for post-trading risk and PnL calculation, which plays a critical role in trader's day-to-day activity and the bank's fulfilling to regulatory requirements.

Wymagania:

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, including leading technical delivery teams.
• Strong hands-on expertise in modern Java (backend), with RESTful APIs, microservices, HTTPS, and messaging systems (e.g., MQ).
• Proven track record in delivering scalable, high-performance, and highly available backend systems using relational databases.
• Experience in FICC (Fixed Income, Currencies, and Commodities) or related financial domains is a strong advantage.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and tools, with a focus on continuous improvement and team development.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to manage stakeholders and collaborate across global teams.
• Demonstrates critical thinking, sound decision-making, and resilience under pressure.
• Self-motivated, curious, and passionate about technology, with a proactive and collaborative working style.
