- Proven experience in computer science or related field with a minimum of 5 years in IT

- Experience with Jira, Kanban Board, Confluence, and ServiceNow
- Ability to work independently and strong analytical skills
- Experience in Linux server administration, Oracle database, Python scripting, Big Data Analytics platforms, Cloud Platforms, scheduling tools, CI/CD pipelines, IT service recovery and quality management disciplines
- Experience in ITIL Service operation processes
